Today Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Town and Village Green Panel agreed that our application to register land at Canberra Crescent as a village green going forward to a non-statutory public inquiry.
It was rather a surprise a few weeks ago to receive a planning application for the land at Canberra Crescent that is subject to a non-statutory public inquiry as a village green. It is of course privately owned, though seems a costly move.
