It was rather a surprise a few weeks ago to receive a planning application for the land at Canberra Crescent that is subject to a non-statutory public inquiry as a village green. It is of course privately owned, though seems a costly move. I spent last Saturday circulating details to nearby residents, along with details of how to raise their concerns.
