The consultation on the Canberra Crescent Village Green closed several weeks ago now, and residents are regularly asking me for an update. Here I briefly explain where we are at the moment, and why I think time is on our side.

Chasing down poor quality highway repairs

I started 2026 hot on the trail of some poor road repairs on the Tesco roundabout in Meir Park. The City Council's agreed policy on repairs means that permanent repairs should have overbanding applied, however these two large patch repairs in the ward were clearly missing this.
