If an idea's good, it's great to share - and brilliant to see Capital and Centric bring the Art Slam concept to their portfolio of projects in Newcastle-under-Lyme. A really simple concept of an evening of music, entertainment and art in a regeneration site, celebrating the very best of what is - probably - one of the most creative areas of the country.
Watching artists draw, create and then recite was just great, whilst also taking in the unfolding project in the town centre really does bring the community engagement element of development to life.
