The GoStore in Fenton
Officially opening of the Go Store

As a business owner myself, I'm always been keen to support businesses wanting to invest in our local area both in Stoke-on-Trent and across Staffordshire.

That's why, a couple of months ago, I posted a photo on social media showing my support for brownfield development taking place in Fenton (something that I have always championed), which led to the owners getting in touch with me and us having a discussion about the site and their ambitions to grow the business nationally. It was really interesting to hear about the range of customers who use their facility, from people moving home, to businesses from around the area who need a small, secure space.

Fast forward several months, and it was lovely to be invited to the official opening of their new site along with other guests.

I wish them the best of luck in their venture.
