Several weeks I was asked to be part of one of the panels at the Learning & Work Institute annual convention, speaking on behalf of the Local Government Association (LGA). Part of the LGA pitch to government is the perfect positioning of local councils to support job and skills support, such as through the Stoke-on-Trent City Council JETS Team.
