After several weeks of chasing BT Openreach to understand where I could send the petition of now over 1,000 local residents who would prefer them to use methods other than telegraph poles to install full fibre locally, and no reply - I decided today to take our concerns to their headquarters in central London.
Included with the petition were letters to the chief executive and chairman of the company, making them aware of the opposition to the telegraph pole roll out and also asking why it was just so difficult to have a conversation with them.
