Stoke-on-Trent City Council at the Heart of City of Culture Title Bid

I’ve always been clear that Stoke-on-Trent’s bid to be UK City of Culture 2021 is about so much more than the City Council - in fact, we would not have bid in the first place if it weren’t for the support of local voices such as the Sentinel.
