Today, I announced the work that Stoke-on-Trent City Council will be undertaking to support residents through the cost of living challenges. Alongside support received from government, including the £150 energy rebate for all properties in Bands A to D, the City Council will be working with partners on our ‘Stronger Together through Winter’ campaign to ensure residents are able to access support available to them.

This includes working on a range of support, including signposting residents to support and advice available, raising awareness of locations and organisations providing support and supporting communities to improve their resilience. The next meeting of the City Forum will be devoted to discussing next steps in advance of the first meeting. You can see more details of the announcement and subsequent debate on StokeonTrentLive here.

You can also access the City Council’s ‘Stronger Together’ signposting webpage here.
