Although the Foxfields Crescent developments are nearing completion, it will be some time before the area is officially adopted by the city council. As a result, I've been contacting the developers to get issues resolved that residents are flagging to me. This has included ensuring the bins on the play area are emptied (reported to be very full) and also that the grit bins placed at the top of the estate have grit in them and aren't full of rubbish.

I'm trying to get in touch with the management company who will be responsible for some of these issues so I can understand what we can expect from them.

UPDATE - the developers have advised that they have arranged for the rubbish bins to be emptied again (the contract had ended), and the grit bins have now also been emptied! The double bin at the entrance to the estate that was damaged by a car around Christmas time has also now been replaced. And finally, I've also received details for the management company so will be arranging to meet them as soon as possible!
